A selection of projects focusing on content strategy and UX writing, communications and marketing campaigns, and UX design.

Currently I work at Roku. Past projects have included work for Anne Arundel County Department of Public Health, MDMOM, 211 Maryland Help Line, the CDC Center for Injury Prevention & Control, the Food & Drug Administration, the National Park Service, Baltimore Votes, Black Girls Vote, Open Society Institute-Baltimore, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Pew Charitable Trust, PDK International, the University of Maryland Medical Center, Urban Land Institute, SEIU, Baltimore City Department of Public Works, IMG Models, New Balance, Volvo, and Gucci.

Roku

As a cross-functional content lead at Roku, I develop cohesive narratives and unified brand voice across multiple platforms and craft engaging that helps people get what they need quickly and easily.

Maryland Maternal Health Campaign

Working closely with MDMOM, developed a multilayered strategic communications plan to convey info about maternal warning signs through powerful messages and products.

PDK Poll Website

PDK needed a new website to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the PDK Poll, a trusted source of public opinion about K-12 education.

Developed new site architecture and a content strategy for the new University of Maryland Midtown Campus website.

Towson University hired me to direct an enterprise-wide site redesign for the school, from discovery and design to implementation and rollout.

Created content strategy, new site architecture, and new copy for the Hilton Grand Vacation site.

Covid Vaccine Campaign

Across two campaigns, developed multi-faceted ad strategies focused on outreach materials, programmatic and Facebook ad campaigns, digital media, PSAs, motion graphic videos and streaming radio.

Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids

Developed communications and outreach campaign aimed at persuading policymakers, engaging media, and mobilizing advocates to support egislation to end the sale of all flavored tobacco products in Maryland.

The National Park Service needed a content strategy and design templates for both its internet and intranet sites, to provide guidelines for people across the organization

As a content strategist at Threespot, I managed large-scale content strategy solutions and digital storytelling efforts for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and other clients.

Collaborating with NYC agency Doublespace, which was doing the designs for the new IMG Models site, created site architecture for the site.

Phillips Radiology and Phillips Healthcare

Wrote copy for the Phillips Radiology RSNA website and emails, as well as conducted a competitive analysis for Philips Healthcare, analyzing other competitors in that space.
