The solution: After extensive research of organizational requirements, member needs, and the landscape of online learning tools, I put together a strategic roadmap for the SEIU to assist them in defining what they needed. The roadmap helped them to determine requirements, including platform, content, and recommended site architecture; clarify next steps; budget for the project; and hire an agency to build the platform.

Shana Kroiz Jewelery (2015) – Director, camera, and editor. Created thirty-second documentary for Facebook – a behind-the-scenes look at a photoshoot for a magazine spread for Shana Kroiz’s jewelry, with over 1,200 views.
Art / Metal / Objects (2015) – Director, camera, and editor. Very short documentary close up view of jewelry making at the Baltimore Jewelry Center.
Exponent Philanthropy: Focus on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (2019) - Story editor. Four short videos on the subject of diversity, equity & inclusion for this organization.
School Sisters of Notre Dame (2019) - Producer. Video telling the story of the Schools Sisters of Notre Dame, from past to present.
2AM Bakery (2016) – Director, camera, and editor. Short documentary about Gregory Carpenter, a formerly incarcerated person who opened a bakery that also trains other formerly incarcerated people in food service management.
Apostrophe (2016) – Director. Short film about a couple who has split up, looking back on their relationship.
Paula Gately Tillman (2016) – Director and camera. Profile of photographer Paula Gately Tillman on the occasion of her retrospective at the Baltimore Museum of Art.
